How Do I Interpret CFD Trend with a CFD Trend Line?-
CFD Trend Line Trading Technical Analysis for Beginner Traders
A cfd trend line can be an upward cfd trendline or a downwards cfd trend-line.
An up cfd trend-line is plotted by connecting 2 lows & the cfd price lows are connected using straight line. This straight line shows that cfd prices are heading upward because this cfd trend line slopes upward - hence its name upwards cfd trend line. CFD traders then use this cfd trendline as a support zone of the cfd price. New buy cfds trades are opened once the cfd price touches the upward trend line.
A down cfd trend-line is plotted by connecting 2 highs & the cfd price highs are connected using a straight line. This straight line shows that the cfd prices are heading downward because this cfd trend line slopes downwards - hence its name downward cfd trend line. CFD traders then use this cfd trend line as a resistance zone of the cfd price. New sell cfds trades are opened once the cfd price touches the downwards cfd trend line.
