Place New Buy Order in Tools Menu in MT4 Platform

A new stocks Buy order to buy or Buy a trade can be found on the tools menu found within the MT4 Platform as shown below. New order button key for placing a new stock trade is displayed & shown below. (Keyboard Short Cut Keys "F9")
