How Do I Set Stocks Orders on MetaTrader 4 Stock Charts?
To set a new stocks order on MetaTrader 4 software use the step by step procedure explained below:
Place New Stocks Trading Order in Tools Menu on MT4 Software
A new stocks order to buy or sell a trade can be found on the tools menu found within the MT4 Stocks Software as illustrated below. New order button for placing a new stock trade is displayed below. (MT4 Key board ShortCut Keys "F9")

Placing a New Stocks Order
Once you select the new stocks order button as illustrated and illustrated above the following stocks order pop up window panel will pop-up.
This pop-up includes settings for placing a new stocks trading order.
How Do I Set Stock Orders on MetaTrader 4 Stocks Charts?
Following Order Settings are specified for placing & setting a new stocks order:
- Quote - Specify the instrument to be traded.
- Volume - The Number of Lots to be transacted
- Stop Loss Stock Order - Set Stop Loss Stocks Order, This option can be set after opening trade, or for pending stocks orders
- Take Profit Stock Order - Set Take Profit Stocks Order, This option can be set after opening trade, or for pending stocks orders
- Type: Market Execution or Pending Stocks Order
- Sell by Market - Open a Sell Stocks Trade
- Buy by Market - Open a Buy Stocks Trade
To Buy at current stocks price & open a new stocks order choose the Buy by Market stocks order button
To Sell at current stocks price & open a new stocks order choose the Sell by Market stocks order button
