The stocks pattern that is forming on the stocks price will determine the type of stocks market analysis and from this stocks market analysis stocks traders will then generate stocks trading signals which will predict the next likely stocks price direction.
Traders can also use stocks trend lines to predict the next likely stocks price movement based on the trendline direction. The stocks trend line is used to identify stocks trends that stocks prices are moving within:
If an upwards stocks trendline forms then stocks prices will be moving within an upward stocks trend
