What's Currency Pairs in Forex Trading?
A currency pair is used to quote the exchange rate of two currencies being traded in the market. This currency pair quotes the relative value of one currency for another. The first currency is known as base currency and the second currency is know as the quote currency. In a currency pair the first currency is being traded against the second currency at the price of the quoted exchange rate.
