- Open a forex chart on the MT5 software

- Click on the Charts Tab at the Top Left of the MetaTrader 5 software
- Select Templates
- Select Load Template
- Choose the Name of Your MetaTrader 5 Chart Template you want to load
- Click Load to Load the MT5 Chart Template
