1. Standard Lot - Calculate 100 Pips Movement Value for EURUSD Currency Pairs
If EURUSD currency pair move 100 Pips - the pip value calculation for this forex 1 Standard lot trade will be calculated as shown below:
If EURUSD moves from 1.3000 to 1.3100 then this move is equal to:
1.3100-1.3000 = 0.0100 (100 pips)
Value of = 0.0001 USD (1 pip move for 1 standard lot)
1 standard lot = $100,000
Value of 1 pip for 1 standard lot = 100,000* 0.0001= $10
Value of 100 Pips = 100*10= $1,000
Therefore when counting pips movement value for 100 pips in EURUSD currency pair when trading standard lots is $1,000
2. Mini Lots - Calculate 100 Pips Movement Value for EURUSD Currency Pair
