A downward forex channel is plotted by drawing a line that is parallel to the downwards forex trend-line and then adjusting it to touch the bottoms boundary of the forex price movement. This then forms a downward forex channel and as long as the price moves between these two channels the forex trend direction movement will continue moving downwards.
