How to Set Indicators in MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open the Navigator Window on Trading Software/Platform

Open the Navigator window just as shown: Go to "View" menu (press on it), then choose & select "Navigator" window (press), or From Standard Tool Bar click "Navigator" button or press key-board short cut keys "Ctrl+N"

On Navigator panel, choose & select 'Indicators', (DoublePress)

Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu in the Navigator

Expand the technical indicator menu by clicking the enlarge(+) button tool mark (+) or doubleclick "indicators" menu, after that, this button will then now appear and be shown as (-) and will now show as a list such as illustrated and shown below.

From the Above panel then you can place any indicator that you as a trader need on the chart.

Placing Demarker on a FX Chart

Step 1: Choose the Demarker button on the MetaTrader 4 list of indicators such as shown below:

Step 2: Doubleclick Demarker Button, & click ok button to place this technical indicator on forex chart just as is shown:

Edit Demarker Settings

To adjust indicator parameters, right-click on the Demarker Indicator, select 'properties,' modify the settings via the resulting pop-up menu, and confirm the changes by clicking 'ok.'

The subsequent pop-up window materializes, allowing modifications and edits to the configuration settings via this interface.
