Place ATR Indicator in Chart in MetaTrader 4

How to Add and Place Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts
Step 1: Open the Navigator Panel on Platform
Open Navigator panel just as is shown and illustrated below: Go to the 'View' menu (click on it), then select 'Navigator' window (press), or From Standard Tool-bar click the 'Navigator' button or press key board short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'
On Navigator panel, choose 'Indicators', (DoubleClick)
Step 2: Magnify Trading Technical Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Expand the indicator menu by clicking the protract button key mark (+) or doubleclick the 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear and be shown as (-) & will now show as a listing just as illustrated & shown below.
From Above window you then can place any indicator that you as a trader want on the chart.
Placing ATR on Chart
Step 1: Select/Choose the Average True Range button key in MT4 list of indicators like is shown below:
Step 2: Double click Average True Range Button, and click okay to insert the ATR on chart such as shown below:
Edit Forex Indicator Settings
To Change Settings, right click in ATR, choose properties and then edit property settings of trading indicator using pop-up menu which pops & click okay button after you have changed settings.
The following popup appears & Average True Range settings can be changed and edited from this pop up panel.
