How Do You Trade and Open MT4 CFD Chart?
CFDs Chart - open the chart of the instrument symbol selected - in "Market Watch" window on the MetaTrader 4 software.
To Open MT4 Market Watch Window Panel, Click "View" Menu next to "File" Menu at the top left corner of MetaTrader 4 cfd Platform, then from the dropdown menu select "Market Watch" button so as to open "Market Watch" in the MetaTrader 4 cfd trading Platform.
Once you open the Market Watch window panel the list of available trading instruments will be displayed on the MT4 platform and as trader you can open a cfd chart from this market watch window.
MT4 Market Watch Window For Adding CFD Trading Quotes in MT4 Software
The market watch window on MetaTrader 4 platform is used to display an array of cfd trading instruments quotes for cfd.
To access this Market Watch display of trading instruments on the MT4 Platform a trader should go to the view menu as shown and illustrated below and select Market Watch Window by Clicking on it. (The Ctrl+M is short cut for accessing this window as shown & illustrated below, by pressing this shortcut, you can enable market watch window without going to the "view" menu)

Once a trader selects the cfd market watch window, the following window panel will pop-up showing a list of CFD Trading instruments available for trading.

If you want to add more charts cfds quotes on this Market Watch window, Right-Click within the Market Watch window and a Pop Window pops up - from this pop up window select the option - "Show All" - this will then display all the instruments that are available for trading on MT4 software.
Once these cfds quotes are opened on the Market Watch window panel, you can then choose any of the cfd trading quote and open a cfd chart by double clicking on that cfd quote.

As a trader you may also want to cfd trade a cfd trading instrument that is not listed on this MT4 cfd trading instruments list as shown below. For example on the above list only 5 financial instruments are shown.
To obtain the other instrument symbols that are not listed, you can right click inside market watch window as shown & illustrated below & the following window popup will appear.
Trading CFD Add More CFDs Charts in MetaTrader 4 Software?
To show a list of other trading instrument symbols, choose the "Show All" button, this will then display all the available cfd trading instruments.
