How Do You Trade and Identify a CFD Trading Trend in CFD Charts?
A trend in cfd trading is the tendency of cfd prices to move in a particular direction for a period of time in a general direction upwards or downwards.
Trends can be analyzed using cfd trend lines.
Trend line analysis helps traders to define the direction of the market. Trend lines connect a series of cfd price highs or cfd price lows forming a sloping cfd trend which represents the general movement of the cfd price.
For an upwards sloping line this is known as an upward cfd trend - trend-line plotted is known as an upwards cfd trend line.
For a downward sloping line this is known as an downward cfd trend - the trend-line plotted is known as an downwards cfd trend line.
CFD Trend Strategy
An upward cfd trend-line is drawn below the upward sloping pattern by connecting at least two lows. This will draw a cfd trendline that explain general direction of the market upwards.
The cfd example explained and illustrated below shows how cfd price moves when it is moving in an upward cfds trend. The cfd price will move upward forming support zones.
Since the cfds trading market moves in a zigzag manner cfd traders normally draw a cfd trend-line which shows the general upward cfd trend direction.

What is an Example of a CFD Trading Trend? Identifying Trends in CFDs - CFD Trend Definition
An upward cfd trend occurs when the price makes consecutive higher price highs and higher price lows. Each cfd price high is higher than the previous cfd price high - higher high, & each cfd price low is higher than the previous cfd price low - higher low.
Up cfd trend lines gain more validity each time cfd price touches but does not penetrate it. An upward cfd trend remains in place until this series of higher price highs and higher price lows is broken - cfd trend-line break reversal signal.
CFDs Trend Strategy
A downward cfd trend-line is drawn above the pattern formed by consecutive lower highs, it must connect at least two highs, with the most recent high being lower.
Since cfd price moves down in a zigzag manner traders normally draw a line which shows the general downward direction. In CFD Trading market technical analysis, this general direction is referred to as the CFD Trading TREND by traders. This down cfd trend-line is drawn on a CFD Trading chart showing the resistance areas (bearish cfd trend market direction).

Down cfd trend lines gain more validity each time cfd price touches but does not penetrate the trend line. A downwards trend remains the general price direction until this series of lower price highs and lower price lows is broken - cfd trend-line break reversal signal.
