With this online account you can trade the following: Index, Gold, Silver, Oil, CFDs, Futures & Indices.
Step by Step Procedure of How Do You Open an Online Indices Account?
To open this live trading Indices account, a trader has to fill some online forms provided by a Indices broker. The account opening online form can be obtained and gotten from your online currency broker.
Process of registering a real Indices account is one that the broker will also require you to upload the following accompanying docs:
What Documents Are Needed To Sign Up An Online Index Account?
1. Proof of ID - Color copy of Identity card or Passport - A color copy of valid passport document or any other official ID document issued by authorities (e.g. Driver's license, identity card, etc). The identification document must contain the client's full name, an issue or expiry date, client's place and date of birth or tax identification number & the client's signature.
2. Proof of Residence - A Recent utility bill (e.g. Gas, water, electricity, phone, oil, Internet and/or pay TV connection, bank account statement) dated within last 6 months & confirming your registered residence address.
You can use your mobile to take pictures of these documents & upload then directly from your phone(this is the best option). Alternatively use your digital camera, upload the snapshots to your PC Desktop computer then upload these saved documents to your trading account
To Find where to upload these docs look for the option/choice 'Upload Documents'. Please note after signing up your trading account it'll not get validated until you have completed uploading these supporting documents.
Why is a Copy of Identity Card & Utility Bill with My Names Needed?
These documents are required by your broker to safe-guard against any money laundry. AML, or Anti Money Laundry Rule require that all brokers ask proof of Identity & Residence Address with your full name so as to verify that you're a resident citizen of the country you say you're from and also a Utility Bill which shows your exact address of where you reside, that way you can't come up with some fake identity or some fake residency address to use for money laundering.
All regulated Indices brokers must adhere with this requirement before opening a trading account for a new customer.
Now once you've scanned or taken pictures of these Indices account opening forms:
2. Proof of ID - Color copy of ID card or Passport
3. Proof of Residency - Color copy of utility bill, electricity bill etc. (bill with recent date, within the last six months).
Upload above forms in addition to the above document coloured copies, you can also use your mobile phone camera to take colour pictures of above documents, then download the pictures from your phone to your computer & then upload these pictures from your computer.
Once your online currency broker gets the online Indices account opening application forms plus the above documents, your application will be processed and you'll be assigned a login number & a login password for the live Indices account.
Once you upload these docs your account then will be validated. Your login details will be sent to your email address. An illustration of a validated account is displayed below:
This is K.Y.C - Know Your Customer, it's more of a legal prerequisite requirement than a formality, your online broker must adhere to this policy & try to do everything to know who their client is, in order and so as to safeguard against any money laundering activity.
You can then use your credentials to log into your MT4 platform & start trading on this validated account. You also can use the same sign in details to login to your client cabin on the Indices broker website. On the client cabin you can deposit money, withdraw money and view reports of your broker account.
