How to Place OBV MT5 Indicator on MT5 Crude Oil Trading Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Panel

Open the Navigator window as shown below - Go to ' View ' menu (then click it) and then select ' Navigator ' window (click), or From the Standard Tool Bar click the 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'

On the MetaTrader 5 Navigator window panel, select "Technical Indicators" , (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand MT5 Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking expand button key marker (+) or double-click the 'indicators' menu, after this the MT5 button key will appear as (-) and will now display & illustrate a list as shown below.

From the Above window you can then place any MT5 indicator that you want in the MT5 crude oil chart. The OBV oil trading volume technical indicator can be used as a oil trading reversal indicator, oil trading exit indicator or oil entry indicator.

Placing On Balance Volume Crude Oil Indicator on Oil Trading Chart

Step 1: Select the On Balance Volume button on the MT5 list of indicators shown below:

Step 2: Double click the On Balance Volume Button Key, & click okay to add the OBV Indicator on the chart as shown below:

To Adjust Settings, right click on the On Balance Volume Trading Indicator, select properties settings & then edit properties of technical indicator using the pop up menu that pops up & click okay button once you change the settings.

The following popup window appears & On Balance Volume Technical Indicator settings can be edited from this popup panel.
