Opening an Offline Chart on MT5

In MT5 you may want to open an offline oil chart & analyze this chart without having it updating in real time. Although it is not often that a trader wants to open an offline crude oil chart, This MT5 option is provided for in the MT5 Oil Trading Platform.

Shown below, the File Navigation drop down menu the second option is that of opening an offline crude oil trading chart.

Once a trader clicks the open offline oil chart a popup panel will popup, a trader can then select which offline oil trading chart to open from this pop up menu.

From the above popup menu a trader can then open any offline oil chart that's listed above, the number of crude oil price bars that have been saved within a specific offline saved oil trading chart is recorded as the number of price bars as well as the date from which the oil trading chart is saved up to the last moment that it got updated.

This MT5 option isn't required so much in trading but it is good to explain it for guide purposes.
