A downwards oil channel is plotted by drawing a line that is parallel to the downwards oil trend line & then adjusting it to touch the bottoms boundary of the crude oil price movement. This then forms a downward oil channel & as long as the crude oil price stays between these two channels the crude oil market trend direction movement will continue to move down.
