To view this MT4 oil charts toolbar on MT4 go to 'View' Next to file at the top left corner of the MT4 Crude Oil Trading Platform, Click 'View', Then Click 'Toolbars', Then check the 'Charts' Button. The above oil MT4 charts tool bar will appear.
