This indices technical indicator is used to signal the potential high and low stock indices prices that a stock indices chart price is likely to reach.

This is referred to as the range projection and it is calculated using the open and the close stock indices prices of the most recent stock index price period.

Stock Indices Technical Analysis and Generating Stock Indices Signals

This indices technical indicator will show two points, the projected high and the projected low of a specific stock index price period. This will be used as the reference point.

Bullish Up stock index trend Signal

If the next stock index price bar opens above the projected high then the stock indices market will continue in an upwards Indices trend.

Bearish down stock indices trend Signal

If the next stock index price bar opens below the projected low then the stock indices market will continue in a downwards Indices trend.

Ranging Stock Indices Market

If the next stock index price bar opens within the projected range, then this is a signal that the stock indices market will remain in a range base.
