How to Place MT5 Indicators on MetaTrader 5 Forex Trading Charts

Step 1: Open Navigator Window on Platform

Open Navigator window as shown and illustrated below: Go to 'View' menu (click on it), then choose the ' MT5 Navigator ' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click the 'MT5 Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'

On MT5 Navigator window, select "Indicators", (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand the MT5 indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the MT5 indicator menu by clicking the expand button marker (+) or double click the 'indicators' menu, after this the MT5 button will appear as (-) and will now display a list as shown below.

From Above window panel you can then add any MT5 indicator you want in the MetaTrader 5 forex chart.

Placing Bollinger Band

Step 1: Select the Bollinger Bands button on the MT5 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click Bollinger Bands Button, & click okay to insert the indicator on forex chart as shown & illustrated below:

Edit Forex Technical Indicator Settings

To Change Settings, right click in Bollinger Bands, choose properties and then edit settings using pop-up menu that pops and click ok button after you've changed settings.

The following popup appears & Bollinger Band settings can be edited from this popup window.
