How to Add Trading Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open the Navigator Panel on Trading Software/Platform

Open Navigator window as is shown: Go to the 'View' menu (press on it), then select 'Navigator' window (press), or From Standard Toolbar click 'Navigator' button or press key board short-cut keys 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator window, choose and select 'Indicators', (Double Press)

Step 2: Expand the Trading Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand this menu by pressing the magnify button function '+' or doubleclick 'indicators' menu, after that this particular specified button will then now appear and be shown as (-) & will now be revealed as a listing such as illustrated below.

From the upper panel window, a trader gains the ability to apply any desired indicator directly onto the chart.

Setting and Utilizing the Market Facilitation Index on Charts

Step 1: Select/Choose the MFI button in the MetaTrader 4 list of indicators just as is shown:

Step 2: Double click Market Facilitation Index Button, & click okay button to add this technical indicator on the chart such as shown:

Edit MFI Indicator Settings

To modify the technical parameters, right-click on the indicator, select 'properties,' and then adjust the MFI technical indicator's settings using the context menu that appears, concluding by clicking the 'ok' button after edits are finalized.

The pop-up lets you adjust and edit indicator settings.
