To add a Forex Trend Line on the MetaTrader 4 platform use the MT4 forex trend lines drawing indicator tool.

Select the MT4 trend line tool as shown on the MT4 example below - then select chart point 1 where you want to start plotting the trend-line then select chart point 2 where you want to connect the trend line & then extend the trend line into the future prices.
