To find this gold divergence trading set-up find two chart points which gold price makes a new swing high or a new swing low but the MACD technical indicator does not do the same, this xauusd trading signals a divergence between gold price & MACD technical indicator momentum.
For a divergence xauusd setup we look for two chart points, 2 highs that form an M shape on the xauusd chart or two lows that form a WShape on gold chart. Then look for same M-shape or W Shape on the XAUUSD Trading MACD indicator.
