Profiles and Saving a Profile on MetaTrader 4

To save a workspace on MT4 platform you will use 'Profiles' button key, which is the 4th selection on 'File' drop-down menu list - this button key is illustrated & shown below:

From the above profile button, once you click this button, another sub-menu appears to the right as displayed above, to save your precise work-space as a profile, press the 'Save As' button key illustrated above & name your profile, for examples you can call it 'My Workspace'

The next time that you will login to the MetaTrader 4 XAUUSD trade platform and you want to load the saved 'My Work Space' profile: You'll go to File Menu>>>Then Click Profiles>>>and Then Select 'My Workspace'. In the above case this profile is already chosen as illustrated by the check mark/ tick mark. If you as a trader wanted to switch to another saved workspace or profile for example the one marked Swiss Franc or EUR in the above example, then you would just click on name of the profile that you want and the load it on the MT4 platform.

Loaded work space 'My Workspace' is also displayed at the bottom center of the MT4 platform: (below $100,000 account balance transaction window, below 'Experts' tab, at the middle bottom position of the MetaTrader 4 software as shown above).
