MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization
Once you begin your MetaTrader 4 platform you will have to log in to your demo xauusd account or real xauusd account - this is known as MT4 Login Authorization. For MT4 Sign in Authorization, click on file then click login
The following popup pops up
Log In to Account - MT4 Login Authorization
Specify your account number and password, the server you can choose using the down arrow. Tick the 'save login information' and click login - MetaTrader 4 Login - MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization. This is known as MetaTrader 4 login authorization, every time before trading you will have to perform authorization on the MT4 platform.
MetaTrader 4 Platform Log in Authorization Failed
If the MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed while you were trying to login to your account you will need to check if you typed the correct MetaTrader 4 Log In Number as well as the correct Login Password. You can try to retype again the log in credentials - xauusd account number and account password to try and see if this solves the MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed Error.
You can also check to confirm that on your MetaTrader 4 software you are using the correct MT4 Server for your platform - if you are trading on a practice account then confirm the demo server is chosen and if you're using a live account then confirm the real server is chosen on the MetaTrader 4 xauusd login window below the Account Login & Account Password Form Field.
If you still get this error - MetaTrader 4 Login Authorization Failed - you can try to restart your MT4 platform and then retype your account login credentials using the guide explained above.
If you're using a demo xauusd account you can also register for a new demo xauusd account and get a new demo xauusd account that has new account log in credentials - Account Number and Password and you can use this new Demo xauusd account to sign-in to the MetaTrader 4 platform.
If you're using a real trading MT4 xauusd account you can then change your account login details from your Client Area - Secure Client Area - XAUUSD Cabinet on your broker web site and then use the new account login credentials to sign-in to the MT4 software.
