How to Place MetaTrader 5 Indicators on MetaTrader 5 CFDs Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as shown and illustrated below: Navigate to ' View ' menu (click on it), then select ' MT5 Navigator ' window (click), or From Standard Toolbar click the 'MT5 Navigator' button key or press short cut keyboard keys 'Ctrl+N'

On MetaTrader 5 Navigator window, choose "Technical Indicators" , (Double-Click)

Step 2: Expand MetaTrader 5 Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the MT5 technical indicator pop up menu by clicking the expand button key mark (+) or double click the 'indicators' menu, after this the MetaTrader 5 button will now then appear as (-) and will now display as a list as displayed below.

From the Above panel you can then add any MT5 indicator you want in MetaTrader 5 cfd trading chart.

Placing ATR on a CFD Trading Chart

Step 1: Select the Average True Range button on the MT5 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the Average True Range Button Key, and click okay to place the ATR on the cfds chart as shown and illustrated below:

Edit CFDs Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust Settings, right click on ATR, select properties & then edit properties of the indicator using the popup menu that appears and click okay button key after you have changed settings.

The following popup window appears & Average True Range Trading Indicator settings can be edited from this pop up window.
