The Sub Menu, within the MT5 Indicators Insert Menu can be used to place these MetaTrader 5 Indicators on a cfd chart by selecting and then clicking on the MT5 CFDs Chart Indicator to place it on the cfd chart.
Once you click on an MT5 indicator the following pop up will appear:

As a trader you can just click the "OK" button to place the MT5 Indicator on the cfd chart.
You can also change a few MT5 Indicators setting, for example in the above MetaTrader 5 Technical Indicator you can set the color style to blue, change the line width and change the period used to calculate the MT5 Indicator settings.
A level can also be added by selecting the 'Areas' button as illustrated below:

To add a level on a MetaTrader 5 indicator, just click the add button & choose the level where you want to add this zones, normally this is set as a number. The color of the level can also be changed on the style button marked silver along with the format of the line and the width of the line.
The next button key shown below, visualization button is used to determine which cfd chart timeframe the MT5 technical indicator should appear on:
