Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window Panel

Open the Navigator window like displayed and illustrated below: Navigate to "View" menu (click it) ==22==& then choose/select the "Navigator" window panel (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click "Navigator" button or press keyboard short-cut keys "Ctrl+N"

On Navigator panel, select 'Technical Indicators', (Double Press)

Step 2: Expand Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand trading indicator menu by pressing the open(+)tool button impress mark " + " or doubleclick "indicators" menu, after that, this button then will now be shown as (-) & will now show as a listing such as shown below.
