To show the charts toolbar on MT5, click View next to File at the top left. Then pick Tool-Bars and check Charts. The toolbar will appear above.

Once the above charts toolbar, pops up you can then select the type of bitcoin charts you as a trader want to convert to & trade with, If you want to view using the bar btcusd crypto chart format, click bar btcusd crypto charts tool button as illustrated above, for line cryptocurrency charts format click line bitcoin cryptocurrency charts tool button, for Japanese candles crypto charts format click "candlesticks btcusd crypto charts tool button".
