Bitcoin Standard vs Nano Contracts: Key Differences in Bitcoin Trading
The main distinction between a Bitcoin Standard Contract and a Bitcoin Nano Contract lies in the trading volume of the transactions executed under each type of contract.
Standard Contract - the volume is equivalent to 1 crypto lot
Nano Contract: The trading volume is equivalent to just one-hundredth (1/100) of the volume of a mini crypto lot.
Standard Contracts in bitcoin mean a trading volume of one crypto lot. This equals one Standard lot or one Bitcoin lot. The pip value for these stays at $10.
Nano contracts mean a trade size of 1/100th a mini lot, called one nano lot. For these, each pip values at $0.01 or one cent.
