The TRIX indicator is a triple-smoothed oscillator designed to filter out market noise and eliminate short-term spikes that can cause inaccurate signals. These fluctuations caused by short market cycles are ignored if they are shorter than the selected indicator period.
TRIX is an oscillator that moves above and below a center line. That center line helps you spot if the trend is bullish or bearish. When TRIX is above the line, the market's bullish. When it's below, you're looking at a bearish trend.

Bullish Buy Signal
A buy cryptocurrency signal can be generated/derived using two techniques:
- The first one is the center-line cross-over signal where readings above the line are bullish.
- The second one is used to generate a signal when the signal line crosses above the TRIX line.

A sell cryptocurrency signal can be generated/derived using two techniques:
- The first one is the center-line cross-over signal where readings below the line are bearish.
- The second one is used to generate a signal when the signal line crosses below TRIX line.
