This indicator measures volatility. It helps pick stop loss spots. The trailing stop distance ties to current market swings.

Trailing Stoploss Levels Bitcoin Indicator

The Levels of the two lines, these two lines represent:

  • Long Stop Level - Blue Line
  • Short Stop Level - Red Line

This stop line covers a wider price area. It trails the stop-loss more loosely than a short stop line.

This btcusd indicator uses how much the price changes to follow and move with the bitcoin price. Trailing Stop Levels will move above the bitcoin price when the market is going down and below it when the market is going up.

Upward Crypto Trend

In an upwards bitcoin trend these levels will follow below the bitcoin price. The trader can either use short stop level line to set up a tight stop or long stop level to set a stop loss order that is not very tight. As the bitcoin price goes higher the trailing level also moves higher. An exit signal gets generated/derived when bitcoin price crosses below these technical levels.

Downward BTC/USD CryptoCurrency Trend

In a downwards bitcoin trend the stop loss levels will trail above the bitcoin price these two levels can be used to set the stop loss levels. As the bitcoin price drops further these levels will continue to drop lower and follow the bitcoin price lower. An exit signal gets generated when bitcoin price crosses above these technical levels.

When the price of bitcoin begins to pull back, those levels will not decline but will stay constant, indicating that eventually, a trailing stop-loss order will trigger the closure of the trade.
