Chande Dynamic Momentum Index for Bitcoin Analysis & Chande DMI Trade Signals
Developed and Created by Tushar Chandes
The Chande DMI indicator bears resemblance to Welles Wilder's Relative Strength Index: however, there exists one significant distinction.
RSI uses a fixed number of bitcoin price periods, while the Chandes Momentum Dynamic Index adjusts the number of periods as market volatility shifts.
The Bitcoin Momentum Index adjusts the number of price periods used as volatility increases, allowing it to remain highly responsive to market changes.
The Chande DMI indicator demonstrates superior reliability compared to the RSI, exhibiting fewer false signals (whipsaws) and less erratic price action (choppiness).
